The Bear Under the Stairs–Marla Series, Poem 1

I wrote a series of poems about a girl Marla. She’s about age 10 and is part of a family that is influenced by magic. At this point the series is incomplete, but there are about ten of them at this point.

I envision, someday, a poetry book that reads like a novelette with illustrations. I need to chase down several branches of the story that developed over time. If you want to read them all you can click the link above. Otherwise I will post these again in order here.
